Overview

Would you like the opportunity to launch, own and enhance the Professional Services function of a UK headquartered Artificial Intelligence company that is poised to launch its cloud platform in global markets?

This is a senior executive appointment and part of the Executive Management Team of Level Global Ltd.  You will be responsible for building, managing and defining the look and feel of our professional services function and how the team will work with our customers and partners across the UK and beyond. You will determine process, policies, documentation and methodology to support this key area in the business.

Our global AI Cloud hosting a is cognitive platform that automates the human decisioning process.  The platform will support client and partner economy, that is building and maintaining business applications used by enterprise level clients. You will be responsible for the for the overall experience felt by our customers and partners.

 

Key responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Global Head of Professional Services to join our AI Services team to drive and oversee our current and next phases of growth. Using your vast experience, you will lead, design and agree the way the in which we implement, deliver and interact with our customer base whilst inspiring the team around you.

You will head Level’s professional services team with the core responsibility of shaping the way in which we implement and interact with our customers and partners. Your function will be working directly with our clients and partners meeting the standard, KPIs and expectations you set. As we head into new markets your experience will pave the way for global standardization in documentation and materials also. At the core, you will be thinking of the end user of the Level Cognitive AI platform and its decisioning applications. You and your teams insight in customer delivery will be key to ensuring the Level platform and applications are cutting-edge and user-friendly, whilst working hand-in-hand with the sales and pre-sales teams to ensure smooth transitions into delivery.

Our Global Head of Professional Services will work closely with the product development team, direct sales and partner sale teams to help enhance the growth and capability of our AI platform and products.

2019 is an exciting year for us at Level, and we are excited for a Global Head of Professional Services to help us grow and build our team as we further expand the capabilities of our platform, applications and services.

 

Key qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience within the professional services or professional services consultancy
    • 10+ years of experience in a software implementation capacity
  • You will have a technology background of implementing a SaaS software or on a cloud platform
  • Experience executing professional service strategy across multiple teams in a matrix environment
  • You are experienced with liaising and communicating with C-Level stakeholders both
  • You will have managed and directed professional services departments. This will include establishing teams who work onsite or remotely, and ideally global teams

A proven track record in delivering exceptional end-user experience to and via customers and partners
